What could I have rocked like no other, blindfolded, asleep, drugged, or otherwise incapacitated and still doneawesomely?

Mail-merging.

It’s not glamorous, but it’s useful, and it’s not something you want to waste time doing wrong or slow.  If you’ve never done it, you’re either still in undergraduate school, or have landed a job that doesn’t require typical administrative tasks.

I learned it in my first job out of college, and once I got it down, I had it down pat.

I’ve moved up in the world just a bit, and mail-merging labels is no longer on my typical to-do list.  Today, I needed to make labels, the fact that my work versions of Microsoft Office have been updated at least 5 times in 4 years suddenly made me realize I have no idea how to do it correctly.  Darn-it.
